Q* N- h- X1989-1992，青岛海洋大学生命学院海洋生物学专业，理学学士。 1992-1994，青岛海洋大学教师。 1994-1997,中国科学院海洋研究所，理学硕士，主要从事抗菌肽基因克隆研究。 R/ i Y2 x) X' b1997-2001,中国科学院海洋研究所，理学博士，主要从事鱼类细胞体外培养和分子生物学研究。 ( P6 P/ X; b& N: D7 t: ~2001-至今，中国海洋大学海洋生命学院教师，主授细胞工程和细胞生物学两门本科生课程。主要从事大菱鲆白化病白化机制研究。 $ k9 `( @( i* Q% G2004年11月，参加中泰科技合作项目：海产经济动物配子及胚胎（种质）冷冻保存，访问泰国东方大学,为期10天。 2005年1-5月，美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign，访问学者。

研究方向：海水鱼类细胞系的建立、体外传代及其应用，海水鱼类大菱鲆的白化机理研究及其白化相关基因的克隆和表达研究。

最近课题：承担国家科技部863计划项目一项：“大菱鲆白化相关基因的克隆”（项目号：2001AA628130）,参加国家自然科学基金一项：“蛋白-蛋白界面残基的能量分析”（项目号：30400096，第二位次）。
