简历：1978.2 -1982.2：中国海洋大学海洋生物学专业本科生，获理学学士学位。

1982.2-1985.8：中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业硕士生，获理学硕士学位。

1985.9-1988.12：中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学专业博士生，获理学博士学位。

1989.2-1992.5：加拿大多伦多大学动物学系博士后。

1992.5-1996.5：中国科学院海洋研究所副研究员、研究员、博士生导师。

1996.5-1996.11：美国加州大学Scripps海洋研究所高级访问学者。

1996.12-现在：中国大学海洋生命科学学院教授、博士生导师、山东省泰山学者，现任《Marine Biotechnology》和《Acta Oceanologica Sinica》编委、国际生物学联合会（IUBS）委员、山东省细胞生物学会副理事长和中国细胞生物学学会常务理事、教育部生物科学教学指导委员会委员，曾任副院长、院长。其间，于1998.11-1999.1获日本学术振兴会资助，作为JSPS Fellow访问鹿儿岛大学医学院，从事文昌鱼分子生物学方面学术交流和开展合作研究；于2001.10-2002.4作为高级访问学者赴英国Essex大学，从事海洋动物发育生物学研究。

主要学术成就

主编《海洋生物技术》和《海洋生物技术新进展》专著2部，编写教材《发育生物学》和《细胞工程学》2本。发表论文120余篇，其中被SCI收录100篇，截止2006年3月被引用 370多次。获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项（第三名）；获国家海洋局海洋创新成果一等奖1项（第一名）；获教育部自然科学二等奖1项（第一名）。自1993年起享受政府特殊津贴。2000年和2005年连续2次被评为青岛市拔尖人才。2005年被评为山东省有突出贡献专家，并被聘任为山东省首批泰山学者。
